# Resolution & Payouts

### How markets resolve

Every market has a defined outcome and the listed source in the UI that settles it. When the event ends, the outcome is recorded and your ticket settles to a win or a loss.

Single-leg slips settle after their market resolves. A combo wins when all legs resolve in your favor and loses as soon as any leg resolves against you.

### Winning

Winning slips pay out automatically—your entry amount plus your winnings, minus the fee. No claiming is necessary.

Losing slips pay nothing.

### Fees

Fees apply only to winning profit. Rates depend on leg count, odds and account tier. With Shield, fees are twice the single-leg or standard combo rate, without tier discounts.

### Available vs. reserved balance

* **Available** — what you can stake or withdraw right now
* **Reserved** — what's locked in open tickets or in-flight quotes

Expired or unfilled requests release the stake. Losing stakes are not returned.

### Voided markets

An open ticket is voided and refunded if any leg voids. Settled losses are not
refunded. Refunds preserve the original funding type; expired Credits are not
reinstated.

### Soccer

Soccer markets use the result after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Extra time
and penalty shootouts do not count. ESPN match evidence is reviewed before
settlement. The listed rules void postponed or abandoned matches, and matches
not completed within 24 hours of their scheduled kickoff. Check the rules on
each market for its exact selection and settlement terms.
